Job Opportunity: Marketing Programs Manager
Location: Anywhere in USA

Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000

THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE
We already have a fantastic marketing and sales team in place; all we're missing is you: a B2B marketer, with CRM, CMS, and event management experience, excited to lead the charge in taking our business to the next level as Adage Marketing Programs Manager .
You'll work closely with our CEO, VP of Strategic Growth, and Lead Marketing Specialist to set the marketing vision and strategy for growing Adage. You'll use your past experiences to shape our annual plans including managing the department budget and tracking towards goals, determining how to best share our Adage expertise with those potential clients who need it most. You'll grow your analytical, creative, and organizational skills, ensuring departmental success via event planning and execution, driving conversions with our website, SEO, and SEM efforts, and representing Adage with critical partners and sponsorships.
Other opportunities with this role, pending your interest and experience, include management, quarterly training, and career progression planning.
