  • Support event promotion across email, sales enablement, web, digital, and social channels in partnership with the demand generation team
  • Ensure seamless pre- and post-event execution including attendee tracking, lead processing, and reporting on KPIs
  • Maintain internal event calendars and budgets, and contribute to planning meetings with marketing and sales stakeholders

Marketing Coordination (30%)

  • Support campaign delivery by building or QA'ing event assets (emails, landing pages, forms, confirmation/follow-up content)
  • Collaborate with SMEs to produce event-related content like presentation decks, recap blogs, and highlight videos
  • Manage list segmentation and journey setup in Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Track lead engagement across events and campaigns and share insights with sales for timely follow-up
  • Help ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and fully aligned to event goals and KPIs
  • Support the channel and demand generation team in other campaign tasks

Tools You’ll Use:

  • CRM/Automation: Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Event Platforms: Microsoft Teams, RingCentral
  • Productivity & PM Tools: OneDrive, Planner, Teams, Excel

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or event coordination
  • Comfortable owning logistics while also contributing to strategy and storytelling
  • Excellent multitasker with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Confident communicator and collaborator across departments and partners

  • Understanding of lead scoring, sales handoff workflows, or ABM practices

Location & Travel:

  • Remote (Austin, TX to coordinate event shipping)
  • Occasional travel (10–20%) for trade shows or in-person events
