RegScale is a purpose-built cyber GRC platform designed to enable the CISOs to track and monitor security controls. Our customers break out of the slow and expensive realities that plague legacy GRC tools by bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management. They achieve 90% faster certification times and 60% less audit prep time. Today's expansive security and compliance requirements can only be met with a modern, CCM-based approach, and RegScale is the market leader in that space.

Position:

We run lean, move fast, and hold our marketing infrastructure to the same standard as we hold our product. The Marketing Operations Manager will own two mission-critical functions: the MarTech stack that powers pipeline and the website that powers our top-of-funnel performance.

This is a builder role for someone who is always looking for a smarter way, automating what can be automated, connecting systems that shouldn't be siloed, and continuously raising the bar on what a lean team can execute. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, content, product marketing, field, sales, and RevOps. If you're analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable being measured on results, this role is for you.

What You'll Own:

  • Own RegScale's MarTech in support of scale and efficiency as the company grows
  • Maintain contact database integrity through rigorous data governance, including deduplication, enforcement of compliance policies, enrichment, and list management
  • Build and continuously optimize campaign infrastructure, workflows, and full-funnel attribution reporting, using AI to accelerate execution and surface insights
  • Own the RegScale.com as a strategic asset, including performance, UX, technical SEO, and brand consistency
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert across the full MarTech stack, owning integrations, tool evaluations, and documentation

Proven Capabilities:

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or a ops-heavy digital marketing role in B2B SaaS
  • Deep HubSpot/SFDC expertise; HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
  • WordPress technical ownership experience
  • Tooling experience: Zoom, Figma, Monday, ad platforms, WordPress, HubSpot, and SFDC
  • AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate execution, and improve operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical foundation with high operational discipline
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experience in high-growth companies where processes and structure are still evolving
