Job Description:

This leader ensures campaigns and content are delivered seamlessly across web and app channels. You will own the coordination of key initiatives—aligning timelines, content, and technical resources to support successful execution. You will maintain the digital marketing calendar, review and approve all published content, and ensure digital experiences are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for performance. This leader will play a key role in maximizing optimizations & performance across web and app (ASO, SEO, GEO, AEO). You will partner with analytics to ensure consistent reporting, validate data integrity, and that insights are actioned. As a key liaison between marketing and technical teams, this role translates business needs into clear requirements and supports the prioritization of marketing technology enhancements.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented operator who can manage multiple initiatives, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive accountability across teams. As the function scales, this role may also take on team leadership responsibilities, supporting and developing junior talent.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & Launch Management (40%)

  • Maintain centralized digital marketing calendar across web & app; ensure alignment to CRM calendar 
  • Coordinate cross-channel campaign planning to ensure content, timing and tracking are all aligned 
  • Support campaign readiness by coordinating with creative, CRM and analytics teams 

Publishing & Authoring (20%)

  • Manage operational execution across digital platforms including web & app 
  • Publish & Update promotional content, landing pages and marketing messages across web & app 
  • Ensure accuracy and quality across digital experiences including store information, promotional messaging and campaign content 
  • Maintain a structured workflow for content publishing 

Cross-Functional Leadership (20%) 

  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and IT/Data teams
  • Document and author clear business requirements for updates for digital platforms (web, app, cdp, dam, etc.) 
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of marketing technology requests and enhancements — in partnership with Sr. Director 
  • Validate requirements are delivered 

Performance Reporting & Optimization (20%)

  • Partner with Marketing Data Analysts to ensure consistent reporting for channel KPIs, campaigns, etc.
  • Conduct first-pass review of marketing performance dashboards and campaign trackers; ensure strong channel-level storytelling
  • Draft reporting requirements for campaigns — in partnership with marketing data analysts
  • Maintain standardized reporting trackers that support weekly channel and campaign performance reviews 
  • Identify and escalate potential data inconsistencies or tracking issues 
  • Partner with Sr. Director to identify and prioritize testing/optimization opportunities across digital platforms 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing operations or program management 
  • Experience working with content management systems and digital publishing workflows 
  • Familiarity with CRM marketing programs (email, SMS, lifecycle campaigns) 
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects across marketing, product, data, etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • Experience writing business requirements
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems including CDPs, analytics platforms or marketing automation tools 
  • Bonus: experience working with consumer brands and multi-location businesses
