The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end lead-to-revenue process. In this role, you will own and optimize the MQL-to-SQL pipeline, collaborate with operating companies, and partner with the Digital Team and the Commercial AI Team to leverage AI-powered tools that enhance engagement and conversion. By driving targeted marketing campaigns, you will deliver the actionable insights necessary for continuous commercial improvement.
This position reports to the Campaign & Demand Generation Manager and is part of the Strategic Marketing team within Life Sciences Platform, located in North America (EST) or Europe and will be working remotely to cover those respective regions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive lead-to-revenue performance by fostering collaboration across operating companies and streamlining the MQL-to-SQL pipeline to maximize conversion and revenue.
Manage third-party partners by defining rigorous qualification frameworks to align external lead flows with internal sales velocity.
Engineer scalable lead-management architectures and data-governance standards with digital team, utilizing metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights for continuous commercial improvement.
Collaborate with the Commercial AI team to bring pilot projects to life to identify opportunities and improve win rates.
Execute targeted strategic campaigns and partnership-building to drive early-stage opportunities, while lead management remains the primary focus.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in:
Optimizing marketing-to-sales handoff and ensure consistent pipeline progression with sales.
Directing external agencies to ensure results-driven performance against strategic goals.
Utilizing Salesforce (or comparable CRM platforms) and AI-powered tools to drive marketing efficiency.
Managing end-to-end initiatives while tracking success through KPI monitoring and reporting.
Building trust across teams through excellent interpersonal skills while remaining autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working within life sciences, biopharma, or biotechnology industries.
Collaborating with global colleagues across multiple geographies/time zones.

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000.00-120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
