About the Role:
Lyra Health is looking for a detail-oriented and technical Marketing Operations Manager to help us build and scale the engine behind our member and B2B engagement strategies. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our marketing technology stack, ensuring that our outreach is seamless, automated, and impactful. You will sit at the intersection of marketing and technology, transforming strategic goals into high-performing automated journeys that help our members access the care they need, and bring our capabilities to new customers.
Responsibilities
MarTech Ownership: Manage the end-to-end member-facing marketing technology stack, including implementation, and ongoing integrations with internal databases. Serve as team SME and technical expert for B2B marketing tech stack, interfacing with growth marketing teams.
Campaign Automation: Build, maintain, and monitor all automated campaigns and lifecycle journeys, ensuring high deliverability and operational excellence.
Operational Coordination: Partner with IT, product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure all member-facing operations align with Lyra’s overarching security standards and brand governance.
Database Management: Oversee audience segmentation and data hygiene within the marketing automation platform to ensure highly targeted and personalized communications.
Performance Monitoring: Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to identify and resolve any technical glitches or execution errors within automated workflows.
Campaign Optimization: Develop and document scalable processes for campaign execution, lead routing, and reporting to increase the efficiency of the broader marketing team.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a technical marketing role.
Automation Power User: Expert-level proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data structures, API integrations, and how marketing tools interface with product backends.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a "systems thinking" approach to solving complex operational challenges.
Attention to Detail: Uncompromising focus on quality control and testing in a high-stakes, member-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a HIPAA-compliant or highly regulated technical environment.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
Certification in a major marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert or Braze Certified Marketer).
Experience managing marketing operations for a B2B2C or healthcare-focused company.
