Role Overview

Marketing Technology & Data Management

You’ll partner with the Director of Marketing Operations to manage and continuously optimize our marketing technology stack, ensuring it runs at peak performance to support growth.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

Work closely with campaign teams to execute customer journeys that nurture, convert, and deliver high-quality leads to Sales. You’ll own workflows, smart lists, imports, and collaborate with RevOps on lead routing and updates.

Marketing Processes & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Be the backbone of campaign execution—emails, webinars, events, and paid programs. Use project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira) to keep projects on track and provide transparency across Marketing.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Safeguard data integrity by ensuring accurate attribution, lead scoring, and status tracking. Diagnose and resolve issues within the funnel to keep the engine running smoothly.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing operations with a strong GTM/marketing focus.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Data Science.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills—you thrive in managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves on manual processes but always looking for ways to automate and scale.
  • Analytical by nature—you dig into the “why” and trace problems to their root cause.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embraces change.
