We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Marketing Operations Manager! In this role, you will oversee the production and delivery of the agency’s work. You’ll manage the process of turning creative ideas into tangible outputs across a variety of non-traditional and large-scale deliverables.

For this opportunity, you will…

  • Support Portfolio Managers with process improvements and department initiatives. 
  • Determine course of action, resource and prioritize activities to meet desired deliverables and deadlines outlined in creative brief submitted by the Marketing Account Management. 
  • Lead project communications and team alignment—including, discovery and kickoff calls and project status meetings. 
  • Identify any scheduling issues and communicate them to the Marketing, Account, and Creative teams in weekly schedule meeting. 
  • Secure creative resources to meet timing and budget requirements based on the predetermined scope from the Account team. 
  • Act as the single point of contact for all billing, timing, and resource questions for their client list. 
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and challenges through feed-forward, kind conversation and problem-solving escalating to the senior leadership when necessary. 
  • Manage and process timesheet, utilization, expense reports and vendor invoices in a timely manner. 
  • Understand, estimate, and produce medium-to-large print and digital deliverables and campaigns. 
  • Create and drive the delivery process and train and communicate to the team.
       

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 8+ years’ experience Project Management and 3+ years of Operations Management in a marketing agency environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Project Management expert
  • Asana expert
  • Experience with using proofing tools, templates, Workfront, Frontify, Workday, and Excel

Target Compensation:

$87,000 annually

Compensation Range

$77,700.00 - $116,600.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
