About the Role:

Hello Heart is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager, B2B to drive scalable, data-informed marketing programs and improve campaign performance. This role will play a key part in designing and executing our marketing automation strategy – ensuring seamless systems, workflows, and reporting to support pipeline growth. 

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role sits within the Enterprise Marketing team and partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, BDRs, and Brand to ensure campaigns are aligned, data-informed, and execution-ready.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—balancing campaign delivery with process improvement and reporting rigor.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day Marketing Ops processes including campaign setup, lead routing, attribution, and reporting
  • Use platforms like Salesforce and Ramp Metrics (or similar) to track pipeline performance
  • Oversee backend campaign execution, ensuring accurate tracking, lead capture, and automated data flow across systems
  • Collaborate with Sales and Brand to ensure alignment on campaign goals, workflows, and KPI measurement strategy
  • Support pre- and post-event operations, including lead scanning and post-event follow-up processes
  • Improve funnel efficiency by optimizing campaign workflows and establishing best practices for  lead handoff, and data hygiene
  • Run marketing experiments and share insights to guide future strategy

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in within a marketing role, ideally specializing in marketing or demand generation operations
  • Working experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and BI tools like Ramp Metrics, HubSpot, and Marketo
  • Deep understanding of lead management, tracking, and attribution
  • Proven track record of improving marketing systems to support growth
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and systems-savvy
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in digital health, wellness, or other high-growth, mission-driven sectors a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $125,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
