Our client is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join their growing marketing team. They are a well-established company in the home improvement and eCommerce industry that has continued to expand their portfolio of consumer brands while strengthening their digital marketing capabilities through innovative, data-driven strategies. This is a production and operations-focused role that supports the day-to-day execution of performance marketing initiatives by ensuring campaigns, reporting, creative assets, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Build and perform quality assurance on paid advertising creatives, including copy, images, links, UTMs, formatting, and brand consistency before campaigns launch.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests by collecting, organizing, and preparing basic marketing data from reporting platforms.
- Assist with the setup and organization of A/B tests by ensuring assets, audiences, tracking, and campaign details are prepared correctly.
- Create, format, and update PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials for internal stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to streamline quality assurance, generate first drafts of presentations, and assist with routine documentation.
- Maintain project tracking within Asana, ensuring tasks, creative assets, naming conventions, and project documentation remain organized.
- Complete recurring administrative and operational tasks that support the performance marketing team.
- Identify and communicate missing information, inconsistencies, or errors rather than making strategic campaign decisions.
- Manage multiple simultaneous requests while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Follow established marketing processes, documentation standards, and team workflows.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and formatting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create professional presentations.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, or eager to learn them.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing or performance marketing teams.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana.
- Understanding of paid advertising workflows is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of campaign tracking, UTMs, and A/B testing.
- Experience preparing reports or presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to follow established procedures while maintaining high-quality work.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
