🔑 Your Role:

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the marketing strategy and execution for a high-end jewelry brand. You’ll be the right hand to the onsite marketing team, driving operational efficiency, building reporting dashboards, and ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and on time. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where your analytical mindset and organizational skills will directly influence how a luxury brand shows up in the marketplace.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining dashboards to track sales, funnel performance, and KPIs across Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, and Meta Ads.
  • Monitoring luxury retail benchmarks and providing insights on how to optimize campaign performance.
  • Forecasting audience engagement and sales lift using historical data, product launches, and event schedules.
  • Partnering with finance to forecast online sales and track performance pacing against budgets.
  • Managing the campaign calendar to align internal teams, vendors, and events with marketing priorities.
  • Streamlining workflows by automating tasks, organizing assets, and improving efficiency across platforms like Notion and Google Workspace.
  • Ensuring all campaign deliverables (copy, visuals, targeting inputs) are on time, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Supporting execution of Shopify campaigns and coordinating influencer or partnership activations.
  • Acting as a key collaborator with the onsite marketing manager, founder, executives, and external partners to keep projects on track.

What You’ll Need:

Core Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign reporting, or e-commerce operations.
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in digital campaign performance reporting (ROAS, CPC, conversion funnels, etc.).
  • Strong written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in luxury, retail, or high-growth consumer brands is a strong plus.
  • Comfort balancing best practices with startup-style agility, where priorities can shift quickly.

Tech Stack Proficiency

  • Essential: Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel.
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Trello.
  • Comfortable integrating external apps with Shopify and streamlining operations with automation.

Soft Skills for Remote Success

  • Full professional fluency in English (written & verbal).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and precision-obsessed — you notice what others miss.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple timelines without losing focus.
  • Financially proficient, with the ability to forecast and track marketing spend against results.
  • Strong collaborator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity, curiosity, and a strong bias toward action.
  • This role is open only to candidates based in Latin America & Europe.

💼 What We Offer:

  • 💸 Competitive salary in USD/month, based on experience.
  • 🌴 15 paid vacation days per year, plus all U.S. national holidays.
  • 💻 Fully remote role — work from anywhere with a professional home setup.
  • 📈 A dynamic environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.
  • 🤝 A supportive, collaborative culture through Veta Virtual and our client.
