OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.com, and a proven track record in B2B marketing operations ideally in an emerging growth organization.

As a Marketing Operations Consultant, you will lead engagements with multiple clients, leverage your expertise to streamline marketing processes, implement best practices, and maximize the impact of their marketing technology stack.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Collaboration:

  • Engage with B2B clients to understand their business requirements and marketing objectives.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with clients to assess, design, and implement effective marketing operations strategies.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail; have ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salesforce.com and HubSpot Expertise:

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining HubSpot and Salesforce.com to meet and exceed client goals.
  • Build, QA, and launch HubSpot programs, and program templates for events, webinars, emails, nurtures. 
  • Ability to work with email and landing page templates in an HTML editor without developer assistance 90% of the time.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance to support audience management and segmentation requirements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and HubSpot to support business decision making.
  • Experience and comfort level with building Salesforce.com flows, and restricting/ focusing user visibility using views, profiles, and record types.

Best Practices Identification and Recommendation:

  • Conduct audits of current marketing operations to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver training sessions for client teams on Salesforce.com and HubSpot best practices.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure clients can independently manage and optimize their marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with funnel management, lead management, and attribution along with how to operationalize them using Salesforce.com and HubSpot.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 6  years of experience in marketing operations with a focus in B2B.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and HubSpot.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, lead management, and demand generation processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • HubSpot certification is required. Salesforce.com certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as Asana, Trello, and Jira and a working knowledge of Demandbase and/or ZoomInfo Marketing OS is preferred, but not required.
KEY ROLE DETAILS

This position is open only to candidates who reside in the United States and are already legally authorized to work here on a full-time basis. Iron Horse is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas now or in the future.

This position is remote but requires availability during standard U.S. business hours (typically 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your designated time zone). Occasional flexibility may be needed based on team collaboration needs. Periodic travel may be required for team meet-ups, training, or in-person meetings, typically with advance notice.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$85,000. Your exact salary will depend your location, skills, experience, and training. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), basic life insurance, Flexible Savings Account, Long- and short-term disability insurance.
