Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Communicate proactively to global marketing stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics for quarterly and annual budget management cycles
- Support a global team and act as central point of contact for managing the following transactions accurately & expeditiously:
- Purchase Orders management – creating POs, dropping receipts, follow ups for delayed payments
- Processing high risk (HCP/Gov’t) AST transactions
- Onboarding new suppliers
- Facilitating relevant sourcing reviews and workflows
- Accurately & consistently maintain team expense tracker used for monthly reconciliation against general ledger
- Create and maintain documented standard work for team on above processes to faster onboard team members and to drive consistency and efficiency in processes
- Support team in use and maintenance of Allocadia application, our marketing budget planning, forecasting & actuals system, or other MarTech tools directly related to budget management
- Execute monthly budget reconciliation process and quarter close/open activities. Partner with Finance to facilitate necessary accruals, corrections in ledger, cross charges and other journal entries.
- Continuously identify and implement improved methods to streamline budget management processes via applications, tools, communications, training, etc.
- Proficiently work in and navigate across multiple software applications supporting various budget management and compliance processes such as Coupa, Aggregate Spend Tool (AST), Allocadia, SmartSheets, etc.
- Provide adhoc reports and analysis aligned with areas of responsibility
- Exhibit excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years in Marketing Operations, Finance or related role
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
- Proven effective time management skills and ability to manage conflicting demands from multiple sources
- Proficiency in software applications and finance/budget management tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel including ability to merge and summarize data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with and support teams around the world
- Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
- Exhibits behavior of being a self-starter, driven to meet deadlines while continuously seeking a “better way” of accomplishing tasks and improving processes
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Minimal travel required

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $72,800.00-$109,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
