The Marketing Operations team is the strategic backbone of our marketing efforts, building scalable systems and processes that fuel our global growth. We manage the marketing technology stack, ensure data integrity, and enable seamless campaign execution. We collaborate across the company with sales, systems, and product marketing to drive efficiency and impact.
As a Marketing Operations Associate, Campaign Execution, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end execution, quality, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. You will own specific campaign processes and act as a primary subject matter expert, applying your experience to manage complexity and drive process adherence across our global teams (US, UK, and Mexico).
What You'll Do:- Campaign Execution Ownership: Manage the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Process Management: Own and maintain core campaign execution processes and documentation (SOPs), ensuring consistency and efficiency across the Marketing team.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a go-to resource for marketing stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices for campaign setup, legal compliance, deliverability, and performance tracking.
- System & Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and proper segmentation within our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to support campaign targeting and accurate reporting.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Proactively identify execution bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve campaign throughput, often involving coordination with offshore resources.
- Enablement Support: Assist in developing and delivering basic training or enablement documentation for marketing managers on self-service processes.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on high-volume campaign execution in a B2B environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce is essential, and experience with reporting and translating requirements into technical builds is required.
- Hands-on experience using channel tools such as Goldcast, Zuddl, Zoominfo, 6sens,e and WordPress is appreciated.
- Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture of a given request and work directly with stakeholders to shape requirements to support future state needs.
- Consultative Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
- Process Focus: A demonstrated proactive passion for building and maintaining efficient, scalable processes with a commitment to quality.
