  • Support campaign performance reporting by building and maintaining Salesforce campaign attribution and Chili Piper tracking.
  • Use AI tools and automation to solve operational challenges, increase efficiency, and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot marketing tools, ensuring smooth integrations and a high standard of quality across systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in an operations or marketing automation capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and the ability to perform basic Salesforce reporting.
  • Comfortable working across marketing technologies and understanding how they connect.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities while keeping projects organized and on track.
  • Able to triage incoming requests and work with stakeholders to deliver solutions efficiently.
Mindset and Approach
  • Embracing new tools and technology, leaning into exploring AI first solutions for marketing workflows
  • Naturally curious, able to learn quickly, and comfortable in a high‑speed environment.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and adaptable when priorities shift.
  • Process‑driven, with a commitment to documenting work and following established workflows.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience and experimentation with AI beyond basic use, with examples of how you’ve applied them in a work setting.
  • Strong data skills, including identifying trends and insights from metrics.
  • Experience troubleshooting marketing technology issues without escalation.
  • Experience in observability, open source, or software industries.
