Job Overview:

The Marketing Onboarding Consultant will be responsible for supporting W2 and 1099 advisors within the Supported Model space, providing educational and consultative branding and marketing solutions to enhance their brand presence and business growth. This role will leverage strong project management skills, relationship management, and design capabilities to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to support advisor growth through new brand development
  • Collaborate with advisors to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Guide the development of marketing materials, including logos, stationery suites, website content, to support advisor branding
  • Provide educational support and guidance to advisors on marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Foster strong relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in marketing, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies
  • Experience with graphic design and website management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and to develop innovative branding and marketing solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality results
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related fields preferred
  • Experience working in the financial services industry or with financial advisors
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms

 

Pay Range:

$61,993-$103,322/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
