Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Innovation: Spearhead the modernization of our paid and organic search strategies, incorporating AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to align with evolving buyer behaviors and search patterns. Develop cutting-edge approaches to improve our quality score and optimize our presence across digital channels.

Social Media Excellence: Redefine our organic and paid social media strategies to amplify thought leadership content, enhance SERP rankings, and improve quality scores on platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and others. Drive engagement and elevate our brand presence through innovative social media tactics and content marketing. Develop and execute Employee advocacy program ensuring our Associates are able to easily communicate our thought leadership content on our channels and are driving the GEHC brand to thier connections.

Lifecycle Marketing Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that enhances customer relationships from prospecting to repurchase. Utilize email and other channels in a coordinated manner to deepen engagement and drive customer loyalty and retention.

Email Strategy Development: Design and implement sophisticated email marketing strategies that effectively engage target audiences and drive key business objectives. Utilize segmentation, personalization, and automation to enhance the customer journey from acquisition through to loyalty and retention.

Data Analysis & Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify insights and opportunities for optimization. Leverage A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Strategic Analysis and Execution: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our current digital marketing strategies. Develop and implement robust action plans to address these gaps, leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key digital advertisers and platforms to ensure GE Healthcare remains at the forefront of digital marketing trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

Certification in AI, machine learning, or experience using LLM to improve digital marketing capabilities required.

Minimum of 6 years of experience executing digital marketing programs, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing transformation projects.

Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO, AI-driven content platforms, social media strategies, and lifecycle marketing.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team towards achieving groundbreaking results.

Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends and insights in complex data sets.

Excellent relationship-building capabilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $141,600.00-$212,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
