Modivcare is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, this position is responsible for planning, executing, documenting, tracking, recording, and managing integrated marketing programs within a healthcare and/or professional services environment.

This role…
  • Plans, develops, and implements multi-channel media campaigns in collaboration with commercial leaders, platform stakeholders, and communication teammates.

  • Develops and executes digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media channels to achieve business objectives.

  • Manages key marketing projects with design, subject matter experts, and executive stakeholders to ensure that high-quality assets are developed on time and on budget.

  • Conducts ongoing industry research, media and trend analysis to support deliverables with themes that are relevant to customer and prospect audiences.

  • Determines asset formats and topics that will maximize audience engagement and exceed revenue contribution targets.

  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure cross-functional execution on integrated marketing plans.

  • Manages brand reputation across all channels to maintain consistent target audience messaging.

  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end audience experience across multiple channels.

  • Works cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies, plans, and assets.

  • Partners with agency teams to develop and maintain a formal style guide for marketing.

  • Understands buyer personas and buyer journeys and applies them to marketing initiatives.

  • Follows and enforces brand guidelines across all platforms and content types.

  • Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to ensure activities and messaging are aligned and driving business outcomes.

  • Partners with IT in website maintenance and Sales in CRM and campaign requirements.

  • Uses website analytics to monitor traffic and engagement trends and recommends improvements.

  • Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.

  • Five (5) plus years of B2B digital marketing experience leading and managing web development, SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Experience in HTML and WordPress preferred.

  • Healthcare industry experience or aptitude preferred.

  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and team management skills.

  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think both creatively and analytically.

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to build relationships across various audiences and teams.

  • Comfortable proofing and editing detailed product and marketing communication.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple complex workstreams independently.

  • Detail-oriented with a disciplined and proactive approach to work.

  • Proficient in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and WordPress.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, and Wrike is preferred.

  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and address them through integrated campaigns.

  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: $69,900 - $94,400
