Marketing Manager – SUN Vertical (Swimming Pools, Uniforms, and Nonprofit)About Us:

The SUN Vertical at Fullsteam is home to three powerful software platforms that support niche markets:

  • The Uniform Solution (TUS) – powering uniform retailers and distributors for 30+ years
  • The Assistant Manager (TAM) – serving nonprofits and cause-driven organizations
  • RB Retail & Service Solutions – supporting independent retailers in pool and spa service industries

Together, these brands help thousands of small and midsize businesses operate more efficiently and grow with confidence. From inventory management and point-of-sale to CRM, ecommerce, and payment processing, we deliver industry-specific solutions backed by exceptional service.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts across all three brands in the SUN vertical.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth through smart, strategic marketing. You’ll manage inbound marketing campaigns, develop creative content, optimize digital channels, and coordinate marketing efforts across teams.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented marketer who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to help scale three strong but distinct brands under one cohesive strategy.

This role is the first of a 3-person team, beginning with the Marketing Manager, to assist in growing and scaling this wonderful group of businesses.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage inbound marketing strategies across all 3 BUs (TUS, TAM, and RB Retail)
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns including email, SEO, paid ads, and social media
  • Manage and update website content in collaboration with web teams (where applicable)
  • Build landing pages and marketing automation flows using HubSpot and similar tools
  • Write, edit, and manage content: blogs, eBooks, email sequences, webinars, and more
  • Create and manage podcasts for RB and TAM
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop lead generation and sales enablement assets
  • Oversee and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel metrics
  • Manage occasional event marketing, trade show support, or client spotlight programs
  • Own and maintain brand consistency across campaigns, channels, and creative materials

Detail of Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Work with Vertical President, BU leaders, and Sales team to develop and implement annual marketing plans
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices
  • Develop ideas to improve The Uniform Solution’s marketing and selling functions
     

Content Marketing and Lead Generation

  • Manage the content production process from end-to-end, including designing or outsourcing design work, developing landing pages and calls to action for intended audience, and promoting the content
  • Maintain a content calendar and identifying targeted keywords and topics at least three months in advance
  • Maintain and develop all content for marketing campaigns, company website, social media
  • Create original graphics for the website, emails, social media, and other channels as needed
  • Write, design, and manage content for all social media channels
  • Create and publish client case studies and other referencable collateral as gathered by our Customer Success team
  • Assist in kick-off of new podcasts for RB and TAM from planning and strategy to episode hosting, editing, and posting.
  • Manage buyer personas and update where appropriate
     

Web Management

  • Prioritize, plan and oversee inititiatives on BU websites
  • Partner with 3rd party website technical team for execution of more complex projects
  • Track website performance using Google Analytics and other tools
     

SEO

  • Maintain SEO best practices, including ensuring that meta description, titles, alt tags are all correct
  • Identify keywords to target
  • Manage and track our list of targeted keywords.
     

Events and Tradeshow Management

  • Own trade show strategy and execution, including logistics and payments
  • Register the companies for booths, attendees, and education sessions
  • Coordinate travel plans for company attendees
  • Prepare necessary brochures, flyers, business cards, booth pop-ups, and swag for trade shows
  • Create email workflows and social media campaigns to market our attendance at events beforehand, and follow-up after
  • Collaborate with BU GM/Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for creation, planning, and execution of trade show education sessions and other speaking engagements
  • Perform prep and follow-­up work for speaking opportunities at events to engage the audience and generate leads
  • As needed, attend trade shows and provide onsite management and support
     

Social Media

  • Post status updates, grow the number of followers, engage with followers and thought leaders on relevant social media sites
  • Monitor all social media platforms
  • Promote new content through social media channels.
     

Sales Collaboration

  • Work closely with our sales team and sales initiatives, creating content and assisting sales with design & execution of various targeted campaigns and sequences in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Update CRM system with contact information, especially from trade shows and speaking engagements
  • Follow-up on events, webinars, and by sending out additional resources to attendees
  • Target and research sources of new leads
  • As needed, make initial contact to generate leads for sales
     

Skills & Competencies:

  • Extreme attention to detail and organization.
  • Project management skills, database marketing skills, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with minimal direction and taking ownership of all marketing activities Some experience with design, layout, and creation of marketing brochures, graphics, presentations, etc.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce with the ability to manage emails, workflows, sequences, tasks, dashboards, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Suite and Photoshop/Illustrator (or other design tool)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. degree and at least 3 years of marketing experience with experience working with teams
  • Project management skills, database marketing skills, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with minimal direction and taking ownership of all marketing activities
  • 2-3 years’ experience running marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, etc.
  • Some experience with design, layout, and creation of marketing brochures, graphics, presentations, etc.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce with the ability to manage emails, workflows, sequences, tasks, dashboards, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Suite and Photoshop/Illustrator (or other design tool)
