We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic ABM and lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, conversions, and bookings. We are looking for someone who is as skilled in directing strategy as they are in executing lifecycle marketing (events, webinars, emails, etc.). As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to better understand the Emburse prospects and customers and tailor our marketing to their needs.

What you will do :

  • Develop net new and cross-sell campaign strategies aligned with company revenue goals and customer success objectives.
  • Identify target customer segments for cross-sell opportunities based on product usage data, purchase history, and customer lifecycle stage.
  • Support our net new and customer ABM strategy, with a specific focus on up-market accounts
  • Design and execute event campaigns, including local events, virtual events, roundtables, CABs, and VIP events with the goal of increasing pipeline and bookings
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email sequences, webinars, and web optimization to promote Emburse
  • Oversee content creation and coordinate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are visually and tonally consistent with the brand.
  • Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure success across channels (e.g., email, webinars, content marketing).
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to understand key product features, customer pain points, and upsell opportunities
  • Test and iterate campaigns by segment to optimize message relevance, timing, and channel effectiveness

Education & Experience :

  • 2-5 years of Marketing experience
  • Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Campaign Execution: Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performance
  • Continuous Improvement: Mindset geared towards continual improvement and optimization of campaign processes
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and resolve ambiguity quickly
  • Collaboration: Passion for working with sales and customer  teams to execute cross-functional campaigns
  • Customer Focus: Strong interest in engaging with and understanding customer needs to tailor campaigns effectively
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders to coordinate campaign efforts
  • Impact-Driven: Desire to make a significant impact and drive change through effective campaign execution
  • Curiosity: Solutions-oriented mindset driven by curiosity to explore new campaign approaches
  • Bachelor’s Degree required: Marketing or Business Degree preferred 

Additional Required Skills

  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency Google Docs/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with Marketo a plus
