About JamLoop

JamLoop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era.

We help brands and agencies turn CTV into a measurable, accountable growth channel, connecting advertising directly to real business outcomes, both online and offline. Our platform combines proprietary bidding, premium direct inventory, and advanced audience targeting to run high-performance CTV campaigns with precision. With real-time optimization and unified online and offline attribution, marketers can measure and improve performance continuously, not just after the campaign ends.

We believe streaming TV advertising should do more than build awareness. It should drive business growth.

JamLoop is growing quickly. In the past year, the company has increased revenue by 35% year over year, increased average revenue per customer by 48%, expanded into new formats including display, audio, and pause ads, and launched a national white-label partnership with DIRECTV. The company has also been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 500, AdExchanger Power Players, and the Stevie Awards for Tech Excellence.

We are a lean, high-expectation team. The opportunity here is real: help JamLoop show up

Role Overview

JamLoop is hiring a Manager, Events & Social to run key parts of the company’s execution and distribution engine.

This role owns event execution and communications, LinkedIn and employee advocacy, webinar and event promotion, social amplification, and key email programs tied to launches, events, and company visibility. The role also supports external communications by helping turn company news, thought leadership, customer stories, and event moments into timely, market-facing content and coordinated promotion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage a lot of moving pieces, keep programs on track, and turn activity into momentum. You should be comfortable coordinating event details, writing sharp promotional copy, managing publishing workflows, repurposing content for social and email, and helping build a stronger, more consistent drumbeat in market.

What You’ll OwnEvent execution and promotion
  • Own day-to-day marketing execution for industry events, hosted events, dinners, and partner activations

  • Build timelines, checklists, communications plans, and promotional workflows for events

  • Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, marketing, and outside vendors to ensure readiness

  • Support pre-event, onsite, and post-event communications and follow-up

  • Own event measurement, reporting, and communication, with clear accountability for proving event-driven pipeline growth, sales impact, and overall program effectiveness

  • Help improve repeatability and discipline across JamLoop’s events program

Social media and organic visibility
  • Own JamLoop’s organic social execution across LinkedIn and other priority channels

  • Drive significant follower count increases, engagement and site traffic

  • Manage the publishing calendar and keep content flowing consistently

  • Translate launches, events, thought leadership, customer stories, and company moments into social-ready content

  • Expand output beyond written posts into clips, short-form video, quote cards, carousels, and event recaps

  • Drive significant increases in follower growth, engagement, and site traffic through stronger content, sharper distribution, and more consistent execution

  • Track what performs and refine content mix, cadence, and packaging accordingly

Employee advocacy
  • Help build and scale employee social advocacy efforts, especially on LinkedIn

  • Support internal stakeholders with ready-to-share post copy, event recaps, launch content, and executive amplification

  • Make it easier for leaders and employees to show up consistently in market

Email marketing and communications
  • Own event-related email promotion, reminder flows, webinar invites, and post-event follow-up

  • Support newsletter-style communications and campaign distribution where relevant

  • Partner with other marketing roles to distribute launches, stories, reports, and content through email

  • Improve communication quality, consistency, and follow-through

Content repurposing and distribution
  • Turn events, case studies, testimonials, webinars, interviews, and internal content into reusable social and email assets

  • Help extend the shelf life of thought leadership, product content, and customer stories

  • Ensure marketing work gets distributed, not just created

What You BringMust-haves
  • 3+ years in event marketing, social media, email marketing, or integrated marketing roles

  • Strong hands-on event execution experience

  • Confident communicator with experience working with and guiding senior executives

  • Strong writing skills across social copy, email promotions, and follow-up communications

  • Experience managing organic social channels, especially LinkedIn

  • Experience supporting webinars, conferences, hosted events, or executive programs

  • Strong project-management instincts and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with email platforms, social scheduling tools, and basic reporting workflows

  • Strong bias toward AI-assisted tools for drafting, editing, repurposing, and speeding up execution

Nice-to-haves
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, media, or CTV

  • Experience supporting video-first social workflows

  • Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, or similar tools

  • Experience in a lean, high-growth team where people build as they go

How You Work
  • Highly organized, fast and reliable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail

  • Comfortable moving fluidly between planning, writing, coordination, and execution

  • Able to manage details without losing sight of the bigger goal

  • Highly collaborative, working across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership

  • Comfortable building from zero and creating structure where none exists

  • Know how to package content so people actually pay attention

  • Brings new ideas and perspectives, not just execution against existing plans

What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months
  • A strong library of customer stories, case studies, and proof points exists and is actively used across sales and marketing

  • Clear, compelling customer use cases and narratives are defined across key segments and verticals

  • Content consistently reflects real customer outcomes, not just product features

  • Customer-facing content tied to onboarding, nurture, and adoption reinforces product value and supports stronger engagement

  • Customer advocacy programs are established and generating reviews, references, and proof assets

  • Vertical-specific content is in market and resonating with priority industries

  • Content is consistently produced, high quality, and aligned to GTM priorities

  • Messaging across product content, customer stories, and campaigns is more consistent and differentiated

Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment

  • Flexible vacation policy to support work-life balance

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) savings plan

  • Company meetups and opportunities to connect in person
