Working with cross-functional global and regional teams, the Marketing Manager Core Tablets Chocolate MEU plays a key role in driving Chocolate category growth across MEU through a strong, consumer-led Core Tablets portfolio. This role owns portfolio and flavour strategy, translating the MEU category vision into clear choices that fuel sustainable, profitable growth.
You will support P&L delivery, portfolio optimization, and future growth platforms, ensuring the Core Tablets range, across MEU markets and brands, is well-positioned across consumer needs, occasions, and price tiers, while contributing to both short-term and long-term category health.
How you will contribute
You will lead Core Tablets portfolio and flavour strategy across MEU, shaping category growth stories and annual plans grounded in consumer insights and commercial opportunities. In close partnership with cross-functional teams, you will influence innovation, integrated activation, and performance management to deliver revenue and profit goals, and long-term category growth of the single largest segment in Mondelez - Core Tablets.

What you will bring

- 10+ years of experience in managerial roles within the marketing function
- Consumer behavior, relevant experience in the FMCG sector in matrix environment needed
- International work experience
- Developing a seamless consumer experience, and robust category growth stories
- Experience in portfolio optimization and innovation
- Experience delivering impactful brand partnerships
- Managing business objectives beyond, but including, brand and budget ownership
- Analytics and creativity
- Experience designing portfolio architecture and revenue management a plus
- Leading and influencing teams, agencies and managing trade-offs
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills
- Markets with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage
- Excellent English skills
