Marketing Manager

Behind Every Exceptional Community Is a Team That Runs It Flawlessly

At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see. It’s embedded in how we operate every day.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring structure, organization, and follow through to the marketing behind our new community lease ups. This role will help coordinate the moving pieces that take a community from early development through market launch and beyond.

The Opportunity

In this position, you’ll take ownership of marketing coordination across multiple communities at different stages of development. You’ll manage timelines, track deliverables, anticipate upcoming needs, and work across Development, Operations, onsite teams, Marketing, and external partners to keep projects moving forward.

From branding and renderings to signage, websites, photography, and launch materials, you’ll have visibility into the full lease up marketing process and help ensure the right people, assets, and decisions come together at the right time.

Key areas of focus include:

• Manage lease up marketing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies from early planning through launch.

• Coordinate branding, renderings, signage, collateral, photography, video, virtual tours, websites, and other community marketing assets.

• Support new community website launches, including content, assets, stakeholder reviews, quality assurance, and routine CMS updates.

• Partner with Development, Operations, onsite teams, internal Marketing specialists, technology partners, and external vendors to move projects through completion.

• Maintain organized marketing processes and asset libraries while providing clear visibility into project status, upcoming deadlines, outstanding decisions, and potential roadblocks.

This is a role for someone who naturally keeps track of the details, sees what is coming next, and is comfortable taking ownership of a project from planning through completion. You don’t need to personally execute every piece of the marketing plan, but you do need to know how to bring the right people together and keep the work moving.

What You Bring to the Team

You have 4+ years of marketing experience with strong project management and organizational skills. Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, homebuilding, or another multi location environment is preferred.

You’re comfortable coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and have experience supporting marketing launches, campaigns, or complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. You have a working understanding of websites and content management systems, along with familiarity with branding, creative production, digital marketing, and visual content.

You’re also comfortable working with senior leaders, Development, Operations, onsite teams, creative partners, and vendors. You anticipate needs, communicate clearly, follow through, and can identify potential roadblocks before they become urgent.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail oriented approach and take ownership of your work. You’re collaborative, adaptable, solutions focused, and comfortable stepping in when something needs immediate attention.
