Your Role

The Marketing Professional is a dedicated, hands-on marketing role responsible for executing Prominence’s marketing strategy and evolving it over time. This role sits on the Enablement team, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, and partners closely with Sales, Delivery, and Revenue teams to support growth, visibility, and consistent execution.

This position works extremely closely with Prominence’s Business Development Representatives and existing marketing support resources, ensuring marketing initiatives directly enable top-of-funnel efforts while maintaining clear ownership of marketing execution. The role is responsible for executing an established marketing plan while also contributing to the ongoing evolution of Prominence’s marketing strategy and execution as priorities and needs develop.


RequirementsEssential Functions and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute Prominence’s marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to business priorities
  • Partner closely with Business Development Representatives as well as Sales and Delivery teams to support top-of-funnel enablement, aligned messaging, and coordinated execution
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure messaging aligns with offerings, delivery realities, and market needs
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Identify and execute creative approaches to expand Prominence’s visibility, including webinars and thought leadership programming

Collateral, Content & Brand Management

  • Lead the generation of marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, thought leadership, event assets, and digital content
  • Partner with graphic designers and external vendors to produce on-brand, high-quality marketing assets
  • Contribute to website content and structure, ensuring cohesive branding, clear messaging, and intuitive organization
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and visuals across marketing platforms, sales materials, and digital properties

Events & Conferences

  • Plan and manage conference and event logistics, including timelines, materials, vendor coordination, and on-site needs
  • Support Prominence-hosted events such as Basecamps, roundtables, and conferences through logistics and content coordination

Marketing Operations, Tools & Automation

  • Own the integrity, accuracy, and usability of marketing-related data across systems
  • Use Salesforce confidently as a marketing end user for documentation, campaign execution, coordination with Sales, and reporting inputs
  • Maintain a strong working understanding of marketing workflows, dependencies, and data flows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort through better tooling or automation
  • Actively evaluate, test, and recommend marketing tools, AI applications, and automation approaches that support scale and efficiency
  • Support the ongoing evolution of Prominence’s marketing capabilities and tech stack
Education, Training and Experience
  • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing-focused role (B2B experience preferred)
  • Proven experience owning marketing execution end-to-end, not just strategy
  • Prior experience using Salesforce as an end user, including comfort navigating core functionality, pulling basic reports, understanding standard objects and relationships, and using the platform to support documentation, campaigns, and cross-team coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex or technical services into clear, compelling, and marketable messaging and strategy
  • Experience working with graphic designers and/or external vendors to produce marketing assets
  • Experience with marketing tools, AI-driven workflows, or automation platforms (or strong interest and ability to learn quickly)
  • Healthcare and/or professional services experience is strongly preferred

  • Marketing Operations & Data: Comfortable working with marketing data, workflows, and reporting to maintain accuracy, integrity, and visibility across systems.
  • Organized: Capable of managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently while maintaining momentum and follow-through.
  • Creative: Approaches marketing challenges with a practical, solution-oriented mindset and brings new ideas to execution.
  • Communication: Effectively conveys clear, concise messages to internal and external audiences through written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with Sales, Delivery, Enablement, and external partners in a highly cross-functional environment.
