Marketing Lead and Content Strategist

Here is the clearest way to put it.
Your number one job is to grow Caleb’s personal brand.
Your ideas, your strategy and your content plans will decide how we get from 12,000 followers to 50,000 and then to 100,000. Everything else in the role supports that goal.

You will shape what we post, why we post it and how every piece of content moves us forward. You will also build the marketing flow for the SLS brand so the content you plan eventually converts to real sales.

This is a creative and strategic role.
Not just posting.
Not just managing tasks.
You are the thinker and the driver.
