In This Role

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of global marketing launches for a large, consumer-facing entertainment brand. You will act as a central coordination point across marketing, product, creative, and channel partners to ensure campaigns move smoothly from initial briefing through final delivery. You’ll help keep timelines on track, assets organized, teams aligned, and launch moments running efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while maintaining clear communication and strong follow-through.

 

Key Responsibilities

Launch Planning & Campaign Operations

  • Support the development of launch plans, timelines, and checklists for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting agendas, notes, and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment

Asset & Content Coordination

  • Manage creative intake, briefing, routing, and tracking of marketing assets
  • Coordinate localization, QA, review cycles, and approval processes
  • Ensure assets meet brand, platform, and technical requirements
  • Partner with asset management stakeholders to organize and maintain digital asset storage
  • Distribute finalized assets to internal teams and external partners as needed

Communication & Execution Support

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external agencies
  • Manage feedback cycles and track deliverables to completion
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, recap documents, and asset inventories
  • Support operational processes such as statements of work, purchase orders, invoicing, and related documentation
  • Handle day-to-day coordination and ad hoc administrative tasks to keep projects moving forward

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track campaign-level KPIs and collect performance inputs from cross-functional partners
  • Maintain logs of marketing requests and campaign support activities
  • Support post-campaign retrospectives by documenting learnings, insights, and process improvements

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, production support, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear, proactive communicator with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or product launches
  • Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management, and approval processes
  • Interest in gaming, entertainment, or consumer-facing brands
  • Experience with project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Figma, or Mural

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $20- $21USD/HR. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
