About the Opportunity

EPR is seeking a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own the programs and channels that turn marketing strategy into measurable growth. This role will lead integrated campaigns across events, webinars, email, lead generation, nurture, and other demand-generation programs, connecting marketing activity directly to engagement, qualified opportunities, and pipeline.

Events are a significant part of EPR's go-to-market strategy. This person will play a hands-on role in planning and executing conferences and industry events across the country and should be comfortable traveling throughout the year. The role extends well beyond event logistics: the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for turning events into campaigns through pre-event targeting and promotion, onsite engagement, and disciplined post-event follow-up.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a campaign strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute it. This person will own programs from concept through measurement, coordinating audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, follow-up, and reporting.

EPR is looking for a curious, data-driven marketer who enjoys experimenting, moves quickly, and continually asks what is working, what is not, and what should happen next.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Include:

·       Event Marketing: Own marketing strategy and execution for EPR's conferences, tradeshows, and industry events, including planning, promotion, booth experience, onsite execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. Travel to key events throughout the year is required.

·       Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, events, webinars, digital channels, and other growth programs.

·       Email & Nurture: Build and optimize email campaigns, audience segmentation, nurture programs, webinar communications, and event follow-up designed to move prospects through the buyer journey.

·       Webinars & Digital Programs: Manage webinars and digital programs from promotion and registration through execution, follow-up, and performance analysis.

·       Lead Generation & Conversion: Partner closely with Sales to improve the path from marketing engagement to qualified conversation and pipeline.

·       Campaign Measurement: Track campaign performance, conversion rates, sourced and influenced pipeline, and channel effectiveness. Translate results into recommendations for future investment.

·       Marketing Operations: Maintain strong campaign processes, audience lists, attribution, CRM hygiene, and reporting in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.

·       Partner Marketing: Support select co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, including joint launches, webinars, events, and campaigns when appropriate.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the VP of Marketing to bring campaigns and go-to-market initiatives to market.

Critical Skills:

·        0-3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, event marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.

·       Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns from strategy through measurement.

·       Strong experience with B2B events and tradeshows, including planning, onsite execution, lead generation, and follow-up.

·       Willingness and ability to travel throughout the year for industry conferences, events, and company initiatives.

·       Strong email marketing and campaign management skills, including segmentation, nurture, testing, and performance analysis.

·       Ability to connect marketing activity to measurable outcomes including engagement, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines simultaneously.

·       Comfortable working within CRM, marketing automation, webinar, analytics, and campaign management platforms.

·       Data-driven, curious, and comfortable testing new approaches and continuously improving performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

·       Experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, public safety, or another complex B2B market is preferred.

·       A hands-on marketer who enjoys both planning the campaign and executing the details.

·       Moves with urgency. You’re comfortable making decisions, executing quickly, and adjusting based on results rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

·       Energized by events and comfortable representing EPR alongside customers, prospects, partners, and the Sales team.

·       Understands that a successful event begins well before the booth opens and continues well after everyone goes home.

·       Commercially minded and interested in how marketing ultimately contributes to pipeline and revenue.

·       Organized enough to manage detailed execution while maintaining sight of the larger growth objective.

·       Collaborative, low-ego teammate who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and follows through.

·       Curious and tech-forward, with an interest in using automation and AI to improve marketing productivity and performance.
