Develop detailed rubrics that distinguish high-impact, boardroom-ready materials from generic outputs.
Identify and document specific failure modes related to marketing communication (e.g., weak positioning, tonal drift, lack of differentiation).
Collaborate with project leaders to refine task guidelines and improve assessment criteria.
Generate actionable data and feedback to help improve model performance on marketing use cases.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in marketing for Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise brands.
Proven track record of ownership over campaign decks, brand narratives, or launch materials.
Expert-level mastery of strategic marketing frameworks (e.g., brand positioning, segmentation, go-to-market narrative).
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated control of brand voice and executive-level presentation standards.
Experience developing or evaluating marketing deliverables intended for C-suite or senior leadership audiences.
Master’s degree preferred, with MBA considered a significant asset.
Detail-oriented, with an analytical mindset and commitment to upholding rubric fidelity and deliverable excellence.
