Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage virtual marketing events and podcasts (guest outreach, promotion, follow-up).
- Run digital campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Design and manage marketing assets (banners, emails, landing pages) using tools like Canva, ConvertKit, and Stripo.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and reporting.
- Repurpose content into engaging posts, newsletters, and clips.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners for brand growth.
- Track metrics and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Expertise in event marketing, podcast promotion, and lead generation.
- Skilled in email marketing and paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Canva, ConvertKit, Stripo, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience mentoring junior marketers is a plus.
