We’re seeking a Marketing Execution & Operations Lead for our Institutional and HNW Marketing team: the air traffic controller behind a complex, multi‑pillar, fast‑growing engine.

This role serves as the operational backbone and strategic integrator for the organization. You’ll own the infrastructure that keeps the marketing system moving—ensuring work is prioritized, governed, delivered, and communicated with discipline across COEs, internal teams, and business partners—while acting as a close strategic partner to senior marketing leadership.

You’ll translate strategy into executable plans, optimize operating rhythms, and ensure leadership has clarity on priorities, risks, performance, and decisions. The role blends marketing operations, portfolio management, executive communications, and cross‑functional orchestration, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution to optimize the Institutional and HNW Marketing engine for speed, quality, and alignment to business line and enterprise outcomes.

This is a high‑trust, high-empathy, high‑visibility role for someone who thrives in complexity, brings order to ambiguity, and can move seamlessly between big‑picture strategy and hands‑on execution.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in marketing operations, business operations, or program management within a complex, matrixed environment; preferably in financial services
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing systems, creative/production workflows, and campaign delivery
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, diagnose operational and organizational pain points, and elevate team performance
  • Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior leaders, anticipating needs, synthesizing inputs, and enabling effective decision‑making
  • Skilled in prioritization, resource alignment, and operating rhythms; comfortable with Jira (or similar), agile methodologies, and OKR/planning cadences
  • Ability to use data to inform strategy, track performance, and make insights clear and actionable for varied audiences
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; adept at distilling complexity into clear, compelling narratives; strong command of PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across functions and seniority levels
  • Operates with integrity, discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment
  • Thrives amid ambiguity, manages multiple workstreams simultaneously, and maintains meticulous attention to detail
  • Committed to fostering engagement, collaboration, and team wellness
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or other regulated industries
  • Prior senior‑level marketing operations or enterprise portfolio leadership experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Seismic, Salesforce, and enterprise budget management platforms
  • Ability to lead and influence with empathy and humility; skilled at navigating ambiguity, complexity, and building consensus
  • Curiosity and critical thinking; approaches challenges from multiple perspectives
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead operations partner to the Head of Institutional and HNW Marketing, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear targets, milestones, and deliverables
  • Run the operating system for Institutional and HNW Marketing, including annual and quarterly planning cycles, intake and prioritization cadences, agile routines, and workflow management across Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional marketing execution end‑to‑end, coordinating Line of Business teams and CoE partners to ensure work is prioritized, resourced, and delivered with rigor
  • Own work intake, prioritization, resourcing, status tracking, and delivery accountability across the full portfolio
  • Provide senior leaders with clear visibility into performance, risks, tradeoffs, and business alignment through executive‑ready updates, summaries, and planning reviews
  • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional and senior‑level meetings, from agenda setting through synthesis, decision support, and follow‑through
  • Define and enforce SLAs; build alignment across stakeholders and serve as liaison to Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other internal partners
  • Streamline processes, align resources, and remove barriers to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across multiple workstreams
  • Manage and mentor a small delivery team spanning workflow tools, asset production coordination, LRC processes, and budget operations
  • Own the budget process and partner with Finance to manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring strategic spend alignment
  • Lead high‑visibility projects and marketing transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity (e.g., AI optimization, analytics coordination, team offsites, operating model evolution)
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
