Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director – Regional Operations to join our team in the Sunbelt region. This role will play a critical part in driving regional marketing initiatives that align with CLA’s national brand and business goals.

As a key member of the Marketing & Brand team within our Enterprise Business Services (EBS) division, you will collaborate with firm-wide marketing leaders, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns, support business development, and enhance client engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level strategic marketing guidance to local leaders, creating alignment with national initiatives to maximize ROI on spend allocations.
  • Collaborate with office leadership to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Champion of brand standards in all deliverables.
  • Consistently maintain CLA brand in market on a daily basis. Understand and use national-based programming/templates for consistency of CLA brand messaging/visuals.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage other local and national initiatives to create consistency and effectiveness in marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze project metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate achievements.
  • Serve as a key resource within assigned function handling complex tasks/requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (10% or more depending on location).
