The Marketing Creative Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-impact, brand-aligned creative that supports marketing efficiency, campaign execution, and member engagement. This role blends graphic design expertise with marketing execution, supporting initiatives across digital, print, email, social media, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a strategic visual communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Production:

  • Create compelling visual assets for campaigns, email, social media, web, and print, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all channels.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with campaign managers, channel leads, and internal stakeholders to translate briefs into effective visual communications that support strategic goals.

Creative Operations:

  • Manage creative workflows, asset libraries, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and scalability of marketing output.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support internal communications and event marketing with presentation design and branded materials.
  • Assist with light video editing, motion graphics, or animation for digital channels (as needed).
  • Ensure all creative assets meet compliance standards and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced or regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and responsive design.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience designing for financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA compliance) in digital design.
  • Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and animation software.
  • Ability to create assets for paid media (display ads, social ads) and optimize for performance.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and agile workflows.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving brand and campaign needs.
