Requirements

  • Track procurement sites for RFP's and RFQ's.
  • Maintain the proposal tracking and filing system.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison to assigned practice areas.
  • Learn the CRM system and Deltek Vantage Point.
  • Open proposal files, prepare outlines, and coordinate meetings with project team.
  • Gather content, graphics, and relevant information to assist with proposal development and other marketing needs.
  • Prepare, edit, and finalize proposal submittals for SOQ's.
  • Develop periodic content to be shared both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with office managers, practice leader(s), and project managers to understand history of projects, clients, and the work currently underway.
  • Collaborate and support marketing, business development, and other teams as required.
  • Assist with conference and event planning.
  • Serves on Committees and Teams as requested by management.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field of study is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing professional services, proposal development, graphic design, or other relevant experience
  • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
