Description

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Marketing Coordinator to join our NAM Regional Marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in executing our events—from monday.com hosted summits and dinners to industry-led conferences. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone passionate about event logistics and marketing alignment who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


About The Role
  • Assist with the planning and execution of all NAM Regional Marketing events—whether company-hosted or industry-led—ensuring a seamless attendee experience from start to finish.
  • Manage and optimize registration process to streamline the attendee experience, track performance, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure brand consistency, and drive successful event execution.
  • Stay current on event industry trends, including swag, venues, experiential activations, and emerging technologies.
  • Help create internal event briefs, run-of-show documents, and post-mortems to ensure alignment, transparency, and continual improvement.
  • Lead administrative projects including swag inventory tracking, shipment logistics, and registration list management to ensure smooth operations across events.
  • The role will include travel to events to provide hands-on support during in-person events, including setup, attendee check-in, and live troubleshooting.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for events and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability and willingness to travel to events

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $70,000 - 105,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity-based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
