JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs to support the organization's products, services, or market sector.

Overview:

  • Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services in a sector. Draft corporate communications to the network from multiple departments. Responsible for quality and accuracy of materials created and distributed.

  • Collaborate with franchise owners on the creation of custom marketing materials across all available mediums (digital, print, social, etc).

  • Balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operations, from overseeing content creation to onboarding new owners and providing necessary support to existing owners. Through collaboration and data-driven decisions, help ensure that our marketing efforts support the business’s overall goals.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Creative artwork/content development

  • Printed materials, email campaigns, social media content, website banners/ads, etc.

  • Network Communications

  • Third-party print and merchandise management

  • Order Management

  • Coupon Management

  • New Owner Onboarding

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or relevant experience.

  • Must have graphic design experience

  • Provide portfolio of work across all mediums

  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism

  • Self-motivated, high energy, and results-driven individual

  • Flexible with the ability to pivot quickly

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment

Position Location:

California

Compensation Range:

$57,800.00 - $103,100.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
