JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and effectiveness of marketing programs 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Support the creation and implementation of the brand strategy to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. 

  • Collaborate with franchise owners to align local marketing initiatives with the overarching brand guidelines. 

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance with internal team members and external agencies to hold them accountable to driving successful outcomes for franchise owners in brand awareness and lead generation. This includes: 

  • Traditional media buys 

  • SEM and SEO buys 

  • Franchise owner features  

  • Take initiative and provide creative recommendations for new marketing tactics and adaptations to help franchise owners remain competitive in the marketplace.  

  • Support and execute local and national promotions, events, and sponsorships to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. 

  • Host regular training for franchise owners to educate them on marketing opportunities and customer experience to drive additional leads or improve closing ratio within their location  

  • Support the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring any franchisees who opt-in to additional programs is billed for the programs correctly. 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Process Manager – knows how to get things done and how to build structures that ensure success. Builds processes, works back from the due date, engages all stakeholders proactively in the process, knows how to parallel path work, an effective delegator and on-time/on-budget deliverer 

  • Detail Orientatedstrong focus on the details especially as it relates to performance outcomes on behalf of the franchise owners.   

Experience Base 

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on franchise or multi-location businesses. 

  • Understanding of both digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media management, content marketing, and paid advertising) and traditional marketing (print, radio, TV, direct mail, and event sponsorships). 

  • Proven ability to collaborate with franchise owners to help them execute local marketing initiatives and events, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. 

  • Ability to analyze and assess the performance outcomes of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, customer engagement, and sales growth, to continuously optimize strategies and tactics for better results. 

  • Strongly preferred: 

  • Worked in retail service environments  

  • Demonstrated expertise and experience working with (or within) agencies 

  • Background in Franchise or Multi-Unit (or Dealer, Distributor, Sales Agent, etc.) environments
