The Sales Support Coordinator will develop, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that will assist in meeting CRC Group's strategic goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and associated activities to assist in the company's marketing efforts.
2. Develop marketing communications that align with the company's strategic goals, including message creation and managing the delivery and campaign execution.
3. Partner with producers to coordinate and develop targeted sales collateral to assist in achieving overall production goals. Manage the delivery and execution of collateral.
4. Using desktop publishing software, design digital and print sales collateral including flyers, brochures, ads, and other necessary materials.
5. Coordinate with producers and office administration presences at industry events.
6. Maintain company brand standards for all projects and outputs.
7. Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within the allotted budget.
8. Assist with the management of the company's websites and other digital assets.
9. Ensure compliance with sales support department procedures and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
2. Three years of previous marketing experience, advertising agency and project management experience
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Excellent eye for design and layout, adept with a variety of design software including Adobe Creative Cloud
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including coordination with all levels of leadership
6. Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the process
7. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
8. Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities
9. Ability to review information, make decisions and manage time effectively with minimal to no supervision
10. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
11. Ability to work extended hours, when necessary
12. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH Insurance: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance offering the position. TIH offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays. Depending on the position and division, this job may also be eligible for restricted stock units, and/or a deferred compensation plan.
