Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating trade shows and events, managing promotional materials and company swag, creating and maintaining marketing collateral, and ensuring presentations and customer-facing documents are polished and professional.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys making things happen, has a strong eye for detail and presentation, and can manage multiple projects and deadlines. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can take information, organize it, make it look great, and get it where it needs to go.

Responsibilities

  • Trade Shows & Events – Coordinate trade show registrations, booth logistics, shipping, displays, promotional materials, event deadlines, and post-event activities.
  • Marketing Collateral – Create, update, and maintain brochures, product sheets, flyers, sell sheets, presentations, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Presentation & Document Design – Take existing content and information and turn it into polished, professional PowerPoint presentations, documents, and other marketing materials.
  • Swag & Promotional Materials – Manage company apparel, giveaways, signage, business cards, promotional items, and inventory, including researching and placing orders.
  • Product Marketing Support – Support Product Management with new product launches, product literature, announcements, presentations, and other marketing activities.
  • Vendor Coordination – Work with printers, graphic designers, promotional product suppliers, trade show providers, photographers, and other outside vendors.
  • Marketing Organization – Maintain marketing calendars, project schedules, marketing assets, product images, templates, and other company resources.
  • Cross-Functional Support – Work with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other departments to gather information and deliver materials that support customer and business needs.

Requirements


Qualifications

  • Marketing Experience – 2–5 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, communications, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Organization – Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office – Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Design Skills – Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools and a strong eye for professional visual presentation.
  • Execution & Initiative – Ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, follow through on commitments, and identify what needs to be done.
  • Teamwork – Ability to work effectively with employees across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other departments.
