Your Impact
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand Marketing team in an effort to implement and execute the company's customer marketing strategy and activation effectively. They assist in coordinating various marketing activities, from planning and research to implementation and analysis, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and marketing knowledge to contribute to the overall success of the marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do
  • Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels including digital, social media, email, web, app, print, and others.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that deliver on Lowe's marketing strategy.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors and preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinates with internal teams, such as operations, merchandising, finance, and others to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Supports cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints by leveraging brand guidelines and messaging frameworks. Works with creative team to develop brand assets for internal partners to ensure brand is represented accurately.
  • Manages timelines, resources, and systems for marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Assists in managing and updating marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed within allocated budget. Collaborates with finance and marketing team to reconcile expenses, forecast future expenditures, and report to leadership on an on-going basis.
  • Develops, updates, and distributes marketing artifacts to keep stakeholders updated on latest marketing plans.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Communication, Marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2-3 years of Marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of Brand Marketing experience, Project Management, Digital and/or Social Media, market and competitive research
