Marketing Coordinator, Brands & Influencer

Location: Fully remote within Latin America
Department: Integrated Marketing
Reports to: Director of Integrated Marketing

The Opportunity

Great marketing is more than creative ideas. It is execution, coordination, and the systems behind the scenes that keep everything moving.

At Selkirk, we are building a modern marketing engine that supports multiple brands, campaigns, and influencer initiatives across a rapidly growing global ecosystem. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Brands & Influencer who thrives in organization, loves bringing order to complexity, and wants a front-row seat to how high-performing campaigns come to life.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to observe marketing. This is for someone who wants to be in the middle of it. You will help keep campaigns on track, support influencer partnerships, coordinate moving pieces across teams, and become part of the operational engine behind some of the fastest-growing brands in pickleball.

For the right person, this role provides a strong foundation and growth path into future opportunities in campaign management, brand marketing, and influencer partnerships.

What You'll DoCampaign Coordination & Brand Support

Maintain and manage the master marketing calendar, ensuring teams have visibility into active projects, campaign timelines, and launch priorities

Provide day-to-day support across multiple brands by coordinating tasks, monitoring project updates, and keeping workflows organized and on schedule

Track creative assets through production pipelines and ensure deliverables reach the appropriate teams at the right time

Support consistent campaign execution by following established brand standards, playbooks, and workflows

Influencer Partnerships & Logistics

Own the operational logistics behind influencer gifting and seeding programs, including product coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation

Support creator briefing and content review processes to ensure campaigns continue moving efficiently

Maintain organized records of creator lists, campaign assets, shipping details, and project documentation

Assist in gathering campaign performance information and supporting influencer reporting efforts

Operations & Execution

Support the systems and day-to-day processes that help marketing initiatives scale efficiently

Ensure project updates are clearly communicated across Marketing, Creative, and Media teams

Help identify opportunities to improve organization, streamline workflows, and reduce operational bottlenecks

Contribute to building repeatable systems that support future growth

Collaborative: You communicate effectively and enjoy working across teams and functions

Tech Savvy: You are comfortable learning new tools, systems, and workflows and can adapt quickly in a remote environment

Growth Focused: You are eager to gain exposure across marketing disciplines and excited to build your career within a fast-paced organization

Experienced: You bring 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, influencer coordination, project support, or high-volume administrative environments

Campaigns remain organized, visible, and on schedule across teams

Influencer gifting and creator programs operate smoothly with minimal logistical issues

Creative assets move efficiently through production and launch processes

Marketing teams have clear visibility into projects, priorities, and timelines

Operational systems continue evolving to support scale and growth

The Details

Compensation: Compensation will be aligned to local market rates and candidate experience within the hiring region.

Location: Fully remote within Latin America.
