Bridgeway is seeking an intuitive, tech-savvy, self-motivated, and experienced Marketing & Communications Specialist. As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Successful candidates will have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content, campaigns, and market insights as well as cultivating corporate messaging that aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences. 

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in the Philadelphia metro-area. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for brochures, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, newsletters, websites, and presentations.
  • Manage and optimize content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Support CRM data integrity and marketing automation processes to ensure accurate, targeted customer communications.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data analytics.
  • Promote brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Assist in event planning, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives, including customer conferences.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Develop and design compelling marketing and thought leadership presentations. 

 
Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years in digital and traditional marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related degree
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to create and analyze marketing reports with insights
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices
  • Solid project management skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (HubSpot platform preferred)
  • Intermediate proficiency with organization, planning, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, and time management
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint presentation design  
  • Graphic design/page layout experience preferred
