As Marketing Communications Manager, you will be the voice behind our brand, responsible for crafting compelling content that connects with a variety of audiences—from internal teams to the media and industry influencers. You’ll play a central role in telling our story by writing high-quality communications that reflect our mission, values, and vision. This includes developing thought leadership content on behalf of our CEO and executive team, drafting articles, press releases, and more. You will help manage our PR firm while also serving as a strong individual contributor who can generate sharp, strategic content independently. This role requires exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of brand tone and positioning, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans that align with business goals.
  • Write and edit a wide variety of content, including executive communications, CEO bylines, thought leadership articles, press releases, blogs, and internal announcements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft compelling narratives and key messaging that reflect the voice of the company.
  • Manage the relationship with our PR agency, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and messaging.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the PR firm to coordinate media opportunities, press responses, and speaking engagements.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitive messaging to inform communication strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and HR to support campaigns, launches, and employee engagement.
  • Review and refine content for clarity, tone, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Measure and report on communications effectiveness to continuously improve messaging and content strategy.

What you need to be Successful

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience crafting content for executives and high-level audiences.
  • Proven ability to write quickly and clearly on complex topics, tailoring messages to different stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or content strategy—agency or in-house.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and a keen eye for narrative, tone, and brand alignment.
