What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate all marketing communications and materials for the new construction and commercial channels working with creative team and business partners
  • Develop Insights and analysis to understand market demographics, identify opportunities and create plans to drive awareness, consideration and purchase from new construction homeowners and commercial businesses
  • Partner with new construction and commercial sales leadership in developing and managing sales and support materials to assist in articulating our customer value proposition across both consumer and business segments
  • Communicate performance and marketing feedback coming to/from builders and new construction sales partners
  • Aide in the coordination, development, and promotion of content marketing as it relates to product features, benefits, and differentiation for the new construction and commercial channel
  • Create and deliver presentations to support the assigned sales channels
  • Develop product launch plans including orchestration of content development for focused on the key selling features and consumer/trends tailored for internal and external purposes
  • Provide overall knowledge to marketing team for new construction and commercial sales department to help direct sales and growth opportunities, leveraging data analysis from new, current and former customers.
  • Provide timely insights via the analysis of consumer, category, competitive and in-house data

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, specifically managing campaigns and content creation
  • Responsible for content development including website content, digital marketing, email marketing and channel marketing materials support
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the internet, Digital Marketing and Social Media
  • Project coordination and multi-tasking with changing priorities
  • Proven experience in analytics and KPI-driven decision-making
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment, including e-commerce
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
