The Marketing Campaign Manager will develop and execute campaign strategies, manage influencer relationships, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Job Duties:
- Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets
- Manage relationships with influencers and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments, as needed
- Stay updated with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Perform additional related duties, as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing campaigns across multiple media mediums
- Digital marketing experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, etc
- Creative thinking with a strong track record of on-time deliverables
- Comfort working cross-departmentally and proven effectiveness in managing up to ensure campaign deliverables are met by each department
- Deep knowledge and understanding of gaming and anime fandoms
- An understanding of streaming culture and PC gaming is preferred
Physical Demands:
- Able to sit and/or stand for the duration of the workday
- Able to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the workday
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
