About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our high-growth B2B SaaS company with a primary focus on customer expansion with support for other revenue channels. In this role, you’ll specialize in developing and executing campaigns aimed at cross-selling to our customer base while also supporting select demand generation initiatives focused on new logo acquisition or channel partners. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple channels including webinars, trade shows, email marketing, channel marketing, and social selling along with experience marketing into the IT buying center.

You’ll own customer cross-sell and expansion motions along with customer retention and advocacy; helping to drive experiences that turn customers into long-term champions.

You’ll partner closely with Customer Expansion Sales, Product Marketing and Operations to translate customer insights into impactful marketing programs to drive growth across the customer base.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and plays a key part in driving expansion revenue and customer advocacy. As a new role at TeamDynamix, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape and build the customer marketing function while creating programs that help customers succeed and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Expansion & Cross-Sell Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute targeted customer marketing programs that drive awareness and demand for the unified platform for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing to create campaigns that promote additional products and capabilities.

  • Support account-based initiatives focused on expanding strategic customers.

  • Build segmented customer communication strategies including email campaigns and targeted lifecycle programs aimed at driving customer expansion.

Customer Events & Community

  • Support customer-focused events in terms of ideation, logistics, promotions, and manage content planning. Events could include customer dinners or cocktail receptions, virtual customer summits, customer webinars, and live sessions or executive meetings surrounding conferences.

  • Attend trade shows periodically where TeamDynamix has a large customer presence.

  • Help create opportunities for customers to connect and share best practices.

Support Customer Advocacy:

  • Work with product marketing to support a customer advocacy program including:

    • Project manage the sourcing of reviews and testimonials (Gartner Peer Insights, Info-Tech Software Reviews, G2, etc.)

    • Act as liaison to secure customer speakers for events and webinars

    • Identify and support opportunities where customer gifting, swag, or recognition programs can strengthen relationships and drive advocacy.

    • Identify and nurture champions across the customer base.

Measurement & Insights

  • Track engagement and performance across customer programs.

  • Report on key metrics including expansion pipeline influence and revenue, advocacy growth, and campaign performance.

  • Use insights to continuously optimize customer marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Marketing Support

  • Versatile marketer capable of supporting cross-functional programs—including events, webinars, social media, email marketing, and direct mail—to help the broader marketing team deliver successful campaigns.

  • Experience supporting channel partners and partner campaigns is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software

  • Proven experience supporting a high-growth company through customer marketing, event marketing, or demand generation

  • Experience supporting virtual events, webinars, or user conferences (ZoomWebinar, Webex Events, etc.)

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and command a room when necessary

  • Robust project management and campaign execution skills

  • AI-forward early adopter with strong AI usage skill set and examples

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to QA your own work

  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact

  • Deep knowledge of the customer journey and the ability to translate customer needs, challenges, and goals into meaningful marketing programs

  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% for conferences, trade shows, and company events

  • Flexible to help support campaigns across Marketing as the need arises; “one team” mentality

Preferred Experience

  • Building a marketing campaign from scratch, from ideation to execution, with consideration to long-term corporate strategies

  • Experience creating messaging or journey mapping for IT, technology, or enterprise software audiences

  • Additional helpful software skills: Asana, Demandbase, Sendoso, Canva, Outreach, Sprout Social

  • Must be highly analytical and proficient with Excel
