About this Position

Work with key stakeholders to clearly define and develop the vision and manage the team to drive change and continually improve based on feedback from all customers, internal and external of Primerica’s Marketing Automation experience that helps reps communicate effectively and proactively with clients to increase sales, client interaction and retention.
Salary range between $130K - $145K USD ANNUAL

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Create and articulate the vision for a deeply integrated and consistent, joined up, end-to-end digital experience. Use understanding of integration from frontend interfaces down to backend systems of record
  • Define business objectives and connect features to those objectives to discipline the approach and ensure digital solution delivers concrete, high business value over time.
  • Accountable for performance and team results. Contributes to and adapts department plans and adjust priorities to address short-term service and/or operational objections including managing resource and operational challenges.
  • Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan for several products.
  • Manage daily work efforts to deliver roadmaps and remove roadblocks as necessary.
  • Work with the business and data and analytics leadership to link metrics, analytics, and reporting to underlying business objectives from the outset.
  • Establish and track metrics to see how often reps log in, which features they want and use most often, and how use of product influences other behaviors, identifies and solves complex, operational and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
  • Makes decisions guided by experience, analysis and business plans that impact the support and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies
  • Maintain momentum around new features and functionality beyond table stakes and continue to act as champions for the vision of digital CRM, RMC and POL Platforms.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Marketing Automation Product management: minimum three to five years of strong product management experience and a good sense for the intersection of business, user experience design, and technology.
  • Marketing Automation experience
  • Product Management experience

Preferred requirements

  • Marketing industry platform experience
  • PEGA experience is a plus
  • Decisioning and AI experience is a plus
