Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Associate in Wealth & Investment Management (or WIM), which provides clients access to some of the United States' leading providers of financial and investment services.
The WIM Marketing Team is evolving to support our business. As a member of this growing team, you will be a key part of building an organization to support our Financial Advisors (FAs) and their reams. Your role is the development and implementation of marketing solutions to support our Advisors in their efforts to grow their practice and their clients' success. Your primary goal will be as front line support of Financial Advisor team in their marketing efforts via phone and email.

In this role, you will:
- Assist field with navigating through marketing platforms as well as responding to any issues via phone or email. Direct calls as needed to marketing consultants for higher-level consultations/assistance.
- Participate in establishing strategies or assessments of results oriented environment
- Provide recommendations related to updating and revising marketing and or sales materials
- Receive direction from management and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies
- Collaborate and consult with marketing areas, business units, technology, legal, customer care, vendors, and partners
- 6+ months of Marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with creative or agency and/or print on demand/marketing on demand
- Demonstrated partnerships that delivered a world class advisor experience and ultimately a successful client and prospect journey is required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Experience in aligning marketing operational activities to priorities and Key Performance Indicators
- Experience using SalesForce and Marketing Cloud
- Strong relationship management skills
