  • Build Dream Teams.

Who You Are:

This role is a Marketing Associate for an exciting new business initiative at Galaxy. In this position, you’ll work directly with the Marketing Lead to drive the full end-to-end client journey — from acquisition to activation to long-term growth and retention. You’ll lead execution across lifecycle marketing (including social & content development), partnerships and campaign operations, helping scale our growth engine and brand presence with intention and rigor.

We’re looking for a proactive marketer with an ownership mindset who can be laser focused on delivery and scalability. This is an opportunity to build alongside a seasoned team with deep fintech expertise and strong product velocity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Own the client journey across email, push and in-app channels — from onboarding through reactivation. Build and optimize flows that deepen engagement and drive account growth and social media and community engagement.
  • Affiliate & Partnerships: Manage referral, affiliate and co-marketing campaigns with oversight from the Marketing lead. Own day-to-day operations for client referral and promotional program and help scale it through programmatic improvements and affiliate partner enablement.
  • Content & Campaign Execution: Own content development and campaign execution end-to-end — from brief through approvals — across lifecycle, promotional, and partnership initiatives. Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, creative, client services, legal, and compliance to deliver targeted, on-brand content that meets business goals and drives performance.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Partner with product and data to understand performance, uncover insights, and run A/B tests to improve acquisition and retention.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in retail fintech or high-growth consumer tech startups
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, referral/acquisition, and campaign ops — ideally using tools like Braze, Segment, Hubspot and Google Analytics
  • Operationally excellent — you bring process, structure, and calm to fast-moving campaigns
  • Strong copy instincts and an eye for brand — you care about precision, pacing, and how touchpoints feel to the user
  • Comfortable with data — you rely on metrics to prioritize, test and scale
  • Collaborative, clear communicator, and confident working cross-functionally in a remote-first startup environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing referral programs or partner marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with compliance/regulatory reviews in a fintech context
  • Interest / previous experience in crypto, wealth management and/or emerging technologies

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
  • Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)
  • Company paid Holidays (11)
  • Company paid sick leave
  • Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
  • 3% 401(k) company contribution
  • Generous paid Parental Leave
  • Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
  • Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
  • Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
  • Employee Resource Groups
