As a Marketing Associate, Large Ownership with Bell, you’ll support the execution of property marketing initiatives for a designated portfolio within Bell’s nationwide portfolio. In this client-facing support role, you’ll assist in implementing marketing strategies that increase visibility, drive qualified leads, and support overall asset performance.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager-Large Ownership, you will work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and client needs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Drive optimal lead generation in the interest of the assets through proactive and data-driven marketing recommendations in alignment with ownership and operations, while optimizing performance with an ongoing lens of fiscal responsibility.

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts, within the Bell Partners, Inc. organization, industry vendors, ownership groups, and their stakeholders.

  • Responsible for a deep understanding of ownership profiles within their portfolio of properties to help drive business decisions and management of the portfolio.

  • Recommend and oversee the execution of long-term and short-term goals with timelines, benchmarks and KPIs using data to drive decision making and recommendations.

  • Ensure the health and accuracy of data and information flowing into the reporting dashboards.

  • Support the implementation of marketing plans developed by senior marketing team members.

  • Help gather and maintain accurate property information, including amenities, demographics, and competitive positioning.

  • Stay current on multifamily industry trends and marketing tools to help support team innovation and improvements.

  • Manage and carry out the day-to-day responsibilities of their portfolio of properties.

  • Lend support and collaborate with other Marketing Managers and Marketing Associates, on strategy, execution, and stabilization of properties as they transfer into the Community Marketing management area of responsibility.

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with internal and external clients and industry partners.

  • Collaborate with operations in building viable marketing budgets through recommendations that align with the ownership's vision but also supports a successful marketing program.

  • Provide clear, comprehensive and relevant written and oral communications to all stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Support, collaborate and continuously optimize SLAs of our marketing team.

  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Understanding of property portfolio including objectives, goals, features, amenities, demographics, neighborhood, comps, etc.

  • Nimble ability and marketing acumen to understand how to navigate moving a property from a volatile asset to a stabilized asset.

  • Ability to analyze marketing and advertising data from multiple sources through ROI Analysis, produce executive reports based on the data and support within internal marketing team, and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to share with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to present various MarTech requirements, integrations, costs, timelines to implement, etc.

  • Ability to make timely updates and triage urgent support needs for websites, ORM, call tree, advertising, etc.
