We are seeking a Marketing Project Analyst to contribute to this client's marketing campaign process.
Job DescriptionThe Marketing Analyst professional will work on-site at our Fortune 100 financial service client's banking partner office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will play a key part in assisting marketing initiatives across the client's consumer and business card products. This exciting Analyst role will utilize your project management/detail orientation and interpersonal skills to drive the successful launch of marketing campaigns.

- Full time, 40 hours a week
- Onsite 5 days in Charlotte, NC
- 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key marketing initiatives focused primarily to drive new accounts, sales growth, and engagement across multiple communication channels.
- Communicate, build, and manage relationships across external and internal partners (product, marketing, risk, legal, line of business) to support marketing programs. Articulate to colleagues at all levels on the strategic direction, progress on execution, provide or obtain necessary approvals and results.
- Apply strong risk management practices to ensure compliant use of data and content across client facing marketing campaigns and targeting strategies.
- Support the Marketing Lead in day-to-day project management activities.
- Assist in reviewing creative assets and coordinating project workflows.
- Track project timelines, status updates, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
- Organize project documentation, meeting notes, and action items.
- Provide general analytical and administrative support for ongoing marketing projects.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or financial services
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
